Nicholas was very friendly and attentive to all our correspondence. An example is when the power went out after a storm, he made an immediate call to the power company to verify the city wide power outage. The pros: The area has a lot of great restaurants and breweries to eat and drink at! Nicholas recommended a few spots for us to try, which we really appreciated. It is also close to Mid City where there’s a lot to do there too. We liked being able to bring our pets with us and our dogs enjoyed how spacious his yard was as well. The cons: The neighborhood is still developing. The house is a little smaller and older but had all our basic needs covered.

Beware of this host! The home is a filth pot not fit for any person to stay. Black mold in the bathroom. No shampoo or bath wash but there was a bottle of peroxide? Should this have been my warning to run? No toilet paper - we had to go buy it ourselves. Huge bunk bed was held together with a series of zip ties- SO UNSAFE! Kitchen had no utensils to eat with. The host agreed to a late check out the night before us departing, then the day of check out he flung open the door and started shouting at my mother in law and children to get out. Extremely terrifying and wildly unprofessional. This place is a nightmare!

Last minute booking, but suited our needs perfectly. Host was super nice. We were having some trouble with the washer and he was at the door ready to help before we could even call him! The arcade game was rad and the massage chair was absolutely magical! Bunk beds were huge and the other beds were great. Thank you for the comfortable stay 😊
