It was good
it's a great place for residential purpose, but if you're a tourist and want to live someplace lively then I wouldn't recommend this. Or you just leave home once in morning and return at day end. coming back and then going out may not be feasible
Don’t book here! This place looks nothing like the pictures, I think the pictures must have been taken 10 years ago. All the furniture is tatty, bathroom had splatters of I don’t know what all up the walls! There was an intermittent sewer smell from the bathroom too. Oh and the shower floods the bathroom every time you use it. The lamps had been previously smashed and glued back together. No hoover/broom or anything left for me to able to even clean…. Oven didn’t work. Some of the problems were sorted eventually… 10 days later!!! But it was too little too late. It is NOT as advertised at all, it’s FAR from a ‘luxury escape’ and I would not recommend staying here at all! We had a horrible time here and spent as long as possible OUT of this apartment and it really ruined our time in Dubai. The only good thing about this stay was that the security guard is lovely and helpful…
This was a great place to stay in Dubai. The WiFi was decent and the place was clean and exactly as described. The host was responsive if I ever needed anything. The apartment is a quick 10 minute walk to the train station and the neighborhood is well maintained and very family friendly.

Guests accept and understand they shall be required to vacate the property at the end of the booking as per their rental payment period. In the event the guest does not vacate, the company has the right to charge such penalties as necessary to cover all losses incurred, which shall include any loss of income to the landlord.
Guests must give 2 weeks' notice if they wish to extend or vacate the property. Extension payments must be settled 10 days prior to the start of the extension date. If payment is still not received at the start of the extension date, the company will proceed with the guest's immediate check-out. Upon confirmation of check-out, the company has the right to advertise the property and accept bookings for the period after the guest's paid rental period. If a late notice is given, penalty charges will be applied (nightly rate fee).
If a guest is absent from the country at the expiry of the rental period or leaves the property without notice to the company or if he has not paid the balance of the rent due, the company shall have the right to enter the premises and to lease it to others the company finds suitable.
