We had a wonderful week staying at Fiammetta and Marzio’s home - it was the perfect location for a relaxing family holiday (four couples and an infant). Fiammetta’s communication was excellent from start to finish, making it very easy to organise, and her finishing touches were excellent - providing two high chairs and a very comfortable cot for our little one, and leaving a few bits for breakfast. The photos don’t do the house justice - it is the perfect place to stay for a big family gathering - very clean, great kitchen and lots of bedroom and living space, along with a wonderful outdoor dining space and large pool. The nearest hilltop village (Monte Santa Maria Tiberina) is a 20 min drive away or you can walk it in just over an hour if you follow the footpaths, but not an easy walk in the heat! There’s also Citta di Castello which is also 20mins away in the car with a lot more going on - lots of cafes, restaurants and shops (compared to just the one restaurant).

Die Aussicht und der wunderschöne Stil des Anwesens stechen heraus. Die Lage ist ruhig aber nicht weit von der Stadt entfernt (Achtung hoher Energieverbrauch für die letzten 8km auf Grund großer Steigungen). Die Küche und Schlafzimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Es gibt drinnen wie draußen genügend Sitzgelegenheiten. Außerdem ausreichende schöne Bäder. Die Gastgeberin reagiert freundlich schnell und zielstrebig auf Anmerkungen, um den Aufenthalt perfekt zu machen.

Fiametta war eine tolle Gastgeberin. Jederzeit hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Die Unterkunft übertraf unsere Erwartungen.Die Aussicht und die ruhige Lage waren wunderschön. Jederzeit gerne wieder. Absolute Weiterempfehlung! Danke Fiametta
