We rented this home on behalf of co-workers needing to be in the area for work. Just as described in the listing. Owner was very easy to work and very helpful when we had to extend our stay.

The home could use improved organization in the kitchen and a handbook for renters to refer to with instructions on some things within the home but other than that, it suited our needs just fine. It was close to everything and we enjoyed our stay in the area. Thanks for the hospitality!

We had some scheduling uncertainty on the front end, extensions and changes at the end. Siv helped us work through all that and was most accommodating. It's a clean unit in a great central location for RTP. Thanks!
