The cabin was so spacious and comfortable. We were able to spread out across the 3 levels. The bottom floor served as the tween lounge where they could watch movies, lounge and have access to the back yard. It also had its own bathroom so as long as they had snacks they were set! The main floor with fireplace and kitchen was the central meeting spot. We always had a fire burning and Morgan arranged for firewood to be delivered (per our request and cost). This floor also had a beautiful king suite with gas place for our guests which felt like a real retreat! The top floor had 2 rooms (one with bunk) and a bathroom between. This was great for our younger children as it is the same floor as the other king suite. This room had a nice gas fireplace and access to the hot tub on the porch. The property had a stream to explore. We really enjoyed this property and the owners were great the entirety of our 10 day stay. Thank you! The Elliott family

We absolutely loved the house and the location! Great hikes are very close by and is a quick, beautiful drive to downtown Durango.

We had a wonderful annual extended family vacation (mom & dad, 3 adult children with spouses and two toddler grandchildren) at Morgan's mountain home. The house worked very well for our group - we had a room for each couple, the grandchildren piled into a closet with a blow up bed and felt like they were "camping". The kitchen was well stocked and easy for multiple cooks to work together. We even appreciated the double set of washer & dryers for folks to easily get their laundry done. We used the hot tub daily. The location was ideal for our multiple outings to Durango, Purgatory and the surrounding mountains to go hiking and fishing. A definite thumbs up from our group! Would recommend. Morgan was a thoughtful and communicative host and personally cared about us and how our trip was working out. Thanks for a great week.

Perfect location! Lots of room for our 8 family members and everything was as described! Absolutely beautiful!
