+ wunderschönes modernes Haus mit viel Platz und super Einteilung + das Haus war sehr sauber + die Küche war super ausgestattet + das Haus wirkt vor Ort noch schöner als auf den Fotos + Haus befindet sich in einer guten Nachbarschaft - 8 EUR/Tag für Stromkosten in der Nebensaison sehr viel (Klimaanlage wird im Oktober nicht mehr benötigt) - 30 EUR für früheren Check-in (12.30 statt 15.00 Uhr) verlangt

Absolutely loved our holiday in Nerja & the house & pool completely made it. Everything had been thought through, it was really home from home and after a day at the beach or sightseeing it was lovely to come back to. Nerja was a lovely family resort and the old town perfect for a change of scene. Enjoyed Nerja caves too! Big thanks to Martin, an excellent host.

I stayed here for a week with my wife and parents. The living area is spacious and airy. The place is 500m from the beach and the views from the living room and terrace are so beautiful, it was hard not to feel relaxed. The host Martin was communicative and there were no issues. I would highly reccomend.

Without a doubt one of the nicest Airbnb's we have ever stayed at. The apartment was finished to a very high standard and the location was perfect - 5 mins to the beach, restaurants and bars. Martin and Annika were incredibly helpful and even arranged transfers for us. I would highly recommend staying at this property and Nerja in general. We will be back.

The place is what was described, just wonderful. The view from the balcony is amazing and it is just walking distance to the beach. The house had everything we needed. The host was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!
