Charming 3 bedroom house - newly renovated throughout and situated in the heart of the village. 1 king, 1 double and 1 single/twin (trundle). A spacious house comprising living and dining room, downstairs toilet, large kitchen leading to new patio areas. Upstairs - 3 bedrooms, large bathroom with gorgeous bath and separate shower. The house is easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and Sherwood Forest itself. Private gardens and off-street parking for 2 vehicles. Situated in the middle of the village on the one way system, you’re ideally located to walk and explore the area. You have the whole property and gardens to yourself. This includes a small quaint seating area under the grape vines. The rear garden has a more modern feel with shaded and sunny seating areas (both can seat up to 6). The shaded area has a skylight and games so if it rains, you can still enjoy being outside. The kitchen features a lovely breakfast bar and comfy sofa for cosy social/family time. This leads to the patio or more formal dining area with feature fireplace. Relax in the living room and watch a film on the 50" screen and/or enjoy the entertainment cabinet filled with board games, jigsaws, books and puzzles for all ages - see photos. Upstairs all bedrooms feature a panel wall-distinct to each space with an open wardrobe approach to ensure you don’t leave anything behind. Standard and USB charging plugs in all bedrooms. 1 King, 1 double and 1 single bed or cosy twin (using a trundle bed - slightly shorter than a single). The bathroom is spacious and features a large shower and gorgeous bath.

Beautiful house in the heart of Edwinstowe. Real home from home, extremely well set out and organised, very clean and everything really well thought through and provided for. Debbie was the perfect host! Her attention to detail was above and beyond. The house was pristine, very comfortable and homely. Would have no hesitations in recommending this outstanding Airbnb. We were attending a wedding at Hazel Gap Barn which is just a short drive away.
This Air BnB has set the bar HIGH. Debs has done an incredible job throughout the house. Everything was perfect. She had done so many little touches that we felt truly spoilt. The little Easter eggs in the welcome pack for the kids was a total treat. The bathroom was pristine, as was the kitchen. Debs also got us a stair gate after a simple request. Nothing was too much trouble. The outdoor space was also fantastic and the outdoor games were also a total bonus. The beds were super comfy with high end bedding. The location is perfect for Sherwood Forest Clumber Park, Sherwood Pines and more. Local takeaways were delicious! This really is not to be missed and we loved every moment of our Easter weekend break. We will be back without a doubt. Do not hesistate to book this place!
We were celebrating a very special occasion, from the moment we looked around Debbie’s home there was a personal note left with a really lovely celebratory welcome basket that was very touching We looked around upstairs to find banners and balloons in our main bedroom to celebrate our occasion This in our opinion, Debbie had gone out of her way to ensure our special occasion and our stay would be one we wouldn’t forget And we wont Great communication and when asked Debbie for suggested days out and restaurants to visit, feedback came back very thorough Debbie’s home is probably one of the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in You have to visit yourselves to understand why we feel this way We will be definitely returning Thanks Debbie

Situated on the one way system of the village, the house is a 2 minute walk from Edwinstowe's main High Street. The picturesque location comprises independent shops, restaurants, cafes, public houses, a chemist, library, doctors, post office, garage and more. There is a Co-op literally around the corner and a Tesco and Asda a short drive away in the nearby village of Ollerton.
On the edge of Sherwood Forest is a craft centre and the RSPB. In this location there is a variety of shops and crafts to see.
Free parking behind the house as well as adjacent to the high street. Within walking distance for all local amenities. Sherwood Forest is a 15 minute walk up the High Street.
There is an efficient bus service with travel to local towns (Mansfield 25 mins) and the city of Nottingham (40 mins).
Short driving distance from Sherwood Pines, Rufford Park, Centre Parcs and Budby Common.
