Erica is a great host. Very good at providing the information needed ahead of time. Quick to reply to questions and the place is great. Beautiful and has all you would want to keep you comfortable. 5 stars.

This home is adorable! Erica is an expert at this; you can tell as she has taken every opportunity to anticipate the needs of her guests. From hooks in the shower for washcloths, providing a coffee bar and wine frig, to outdoor entertainment, she has made this place an ideal vacation rental. The home is immaculate, with comfortable beds, comfy linens, and roomy closets. We did not get a chance to enjoy the pool because it was a working weekend for us. We can't wait to return this summer to enjoy the pool. Thank you for hosting us.

We had a great visit! Erica was very responsive to all of my questions. I was amazed by all the items that were provided for us in the house. Everything we needed and more. My daughter loved the pool, and the fire pit was great for the whole family! We definitely recommend this house.

We had a great stay! The location was perfect for getting around to all of the things we wanted to do. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was clean and well maintained despite showing some wear and tear. Overall no complaints and we would stay again!
