Good house, great host. House has a few quirks but for the price, was easily 5 stars. Was able to watch the Great American 2024 solar eclipse on a budget and everyone fit easily. The host was flexible, answered messages quickly, everything was easy.

Unfortunately we didn't feel like it was worth the price we paid for it. Especially considering we were staying at a house, yet it wasn't fully supplied. There weren't very many towels, and the ones they had were very thin and rough. There were no hand towels and and only a couple wash clothes. There were also a couple towels that had stains on them. In the bathrooms there were no tissues. In the master bathroom there was no towel rack. The first morning we all took lukewarm showers because the water heaters were turned down to the coldest setting and we weren't told. We had to turn it up ourselves. Afterward the water temperature was fine. In the kitchen there was not enough silverware, and items were scattered throughout the drawers and not organized. We only found one drinking glass. There was freezer burnt ice in the freezer and the fridge smelled despite being empty. There were a few places in the home with burnt out lights. Sidrah was kind and easy to communicate with.

From the photos, this AirBnB looked like a great deal, it is a big house, with plenty of parking, and plenty of room for all the people staying with me. That being said, there were a couple of faults that I think are worth addressing. First, there were stains on the towels and on the bed sheets (I took photos of these). On the towels, there was noticeable blood stains and dirt stains on a couple of the towels. I am sure they were washed, but once a towel is stained, it should be thrown out, I am glad I brought my own. Bed sheets also had stains, they weren't nearly as bad, I didn't feel gross sleeping in my bed, but they are noticeable, and my friends complained about the same. This is more minor, but the WiFi extender basically didn't work, I had no WiFi downstairs, which was a bit frustrating when I was trying to work, WiFi worked fine upstairs though. There are still pros, plenty of parking, was very nice to park behind a gate, TV's were plentiful, arcade machines were a nice touch.

Very few amenities. No washcloths, no shampoo, very little kitchen utensils. No hot water on first floor at first. We sent a messsage and got a fast response to go turn up the heat on the water heater in the garage. House was 57 degrees when we got there. They would not share pass code until 15 minutes before check in. Made me nervous traveling 8 hours to the location. Very cheap and sparse, but lots of room and beds. Could use some maintenance but overall clean and spacious.

Great space for a large family. Everyone had their own room, and there was plenty open space for gathering. We loved the ping pong table and arcade games (bring your own ping pong balls)! As other guests have stated, the kitchen has limited cookware, bakeware, and silverware. The bathrooms also had a limited number of large towels. We communicated with the host ahead of time and brought extra items with us, so we had everything we needed. The location was very convenient for us, so we would definitely stay again!
