Adventure Bay on Okanagan Lake seems quieter than other beach areas on Okanagan lake, its' sunny beach is less crowded and life moves at a relaxed pace. There is a marina and boat launch with its own lovely beach and park available around the corner. In summer, you can rent all the water toys from a pontoon or ski boat to kayaks and SUPs.
Don't be fooled, this area has a lot more to offer than what you see on the surface.
The Suite 2555 Condo is in close proximity to The Rise and Predator Ridge, two world class golf courses, along with Sparkling Hills for a five-star spa experience. There are orchards and wineries decorating the hillsides; take a day off from boating and beaching to enjoy a round of golf, a wine tour, or a spectacular spa experience. All local to your condo.
For something guaranteed to get your adrenalin pumping check out the local airfield and try out a parachute jump.
If you visit in winter, you can head up to the local ski mountain, Silverstar, for downhill or to sovereign lake for cross-country skiing. We are also close to many snowmobile trails. If you haven't tried this before you can book tours and rent a sled from a variety of local operators.
Want to take advantage of that kitchen? You will find all the major supermarkets within a short drive. There are organic shopping options downtown and regular farmers markets to meet your needs. Restaurants ranging from fine cuisine to cute diners and food trucks are well represented in Vernon.
The city of Vernon is within easy access of all major driving routes within British Columbia and Alberta and is only a 30 minute drive from Kelowna International Airport.

Want to try something different? Spring through fall you can rent an electric scooter. These little orange scooters are everywhere, come complete with a helmet, are inexpensive and offer a fun alternative to get you from A to B.
