This was the escape I needed! Allee's place is an absolutely gorgeous escape from reality! From the moment I walked in and saw the beautiful view of the ocean through the TWO HUGE windows I was in love, and I couldn't believe I was going to have this place all to myself for a month and a half. The whole apartment is very spacious, looked exactly like in the pictures, was absolutely spotless and has great amenities like a dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, and a kitchen stocked with a big assortment of spices and all the cookware you need for making any kind of dish, which is especially good for long-term stays. At night, even in November I would leave one window open just a bit so I could fall asleep to the sound of the ocean in the very comfortable couch in the living room. I really hope I can be back to this little piece of heaven at some point, thanks Allee!

Our family takes a trip to the area nearly every year. This was the first time we stayed in York. We will definitely go back. Allee’s place was perfect for our family. We all had plenty of space. The views were great 🌊. The area was super walkable. The unit had everything we needed. Felt right at home.

Location is perfect! As the listing states, the beach is right across the street. The large front windows made for spectacular views of the ocean. Loved watching the paddle boarders, surfers, and dog walkers. Great beach walks every morning and fun games of bocce as the sun was setting. Long Sands General Store is within walking distance and a short drive will bring you to the Nubble Light. Strong wi-fi. Thank you Allee a much-needed relaxing escape.

Our stay at Long Sands Beach was a first time experience and we enjoyed every minute. The condo was comfortable and convenient to all we wished to do from relaxing and enjoying the view to excellent dining and sightseeing.
