Serena and Mr Naseem were very very friendly and responsive to all of our questions! The place was very cozy and clean, with a great view of the city as well. I forgotten my earphones when we checked out and Mr Naseem immediately called to notify me that I have forgotten my earphones at the room, thank you so much Mr Naseem! Thank you so much Serena and Mr Naseem for the great stay, would definitely choose this place to stay again!

Serena was very kind and flexible, she answered quickly and gave good instructions to us. We were given a good brief by Mr. Naseem, who friendly received us. Suite was fine and very clean. Pool on the roof was amazing.

Overall satisfactory, but there are areas that need maintenance and cleaning. The floor in the living room was sticky and not clean, but the staff promptly assisted in cleaning. The air conditioning is not cooling well and appears quite dirty. The washing machine is alarming, with significant dirt inside and loud noises, making it worrisome for potential malfunctions.
