This cozy 𝑩𝒖𝒓𝒆𝒌 𝑯𝒐𝒎𝒆 has two bedrooms, one full bath, living space, kitchen, basement, private front/back yard and garage. There is plenty of space for 4-6 adult guests comfortably upstairs. This home is great for couples, single adventures or business travelers. Whether it's business, the slopes at Granite Peak or tasting Wisconsin's many tap houses this 𝑩𝒖𝒓𝒆𝒌 𝑯𝒐𝒎𝒆 is sure to have all your needs covered. In this two bedroom home you'll find Bedroom 1- king size bed, Tv, small dresser, closet Bedroom 2- queen size bed, large dresser, closet access in hallway, Both rooms have access to closets with hangers Living room - has queen sofa sleeper Basement- two full/queen futon beds Home provides - bath towels, extra sheets, blankets and pillows, iron/iron board, full-length mirror, blow dryer, basic toiletries, washer/dryer, household cleaners, and a Roku streaming TV.

This was our second stay at the Burek house and we felt right at home. The backyard is wonderful for the dogs and to just sit and enjoy the weather. My grandson was visiting a couple of the days and he liked running around in the backyard. We plan to stay here every time we come to Wausau. Beds are extremely comfortable. Aleksandra is wonderful and responsive and this was overall a great stay.
Had a great extended stay. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.
My family and I throughly enjoyed this home. It's cozy and clean. I can't explain how Aleksandra goes above and beyond to make sure all needs are met while staying in her home, and its dog friendly with so many cute touches for your fur baby as well. We had a great weekend stay. We were there for the Sprint World Cup at the 525 Track. Aleksandra was extremely responsive and catered to our needs.
We absolutely loved our stay here! It was a cozy, comfortable home-away-from-home for our family of 4 and 2 small dogs. The hosts thought of everything we might possibly need/want during our stay and had it on-hand there, easily accessible! All of the amenities here were just what we were looking for, and it truly was a weekend full of rest, relaxation, and quality family time together while visiting my mother-in-law. She was impressed too! And we slept so well on the memory-foam mattresses and super-soft bedding in the rooms on the main level (didn't need to utilize the bed or futons downstairs but loved that the home had multiple options for sleeping arrangements). You have a beautiful home here and we'll 100% be looking to stay here again anytime we visit Wausau! THANK YOU!!!!!!

We are located close to Schofield Park and the Wisconsin River. There is a baseball diamond, play ground and boat landing all within walking distance.
Transportation Services
Metro Ride provides public bus transportation for the Wausau, Wisconsin area.
Metro Ride operates 7 routes in the City of Wausau which run at 30-minute intervals. The service also provides several express routes to supplement the main routes when school is in session.
Hours of operation are 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Buses do not operate on Saturdays or Sundays. The main transfer facility is located in the downtown area, one block from the Marathon County Courthouse. The Wausau Transit Center at 555 Jefferson Street was upgraded and expanded in 2005. This location also serves intercity buses.
Metro Ride was formerly known as "Wausau Area Transit System (WATS)" The name now exists in the tagline "Provided by Wausau Area Transit System"
All American Tax - Available Mon - Thurs 6 am to 10pm, and Fri - Sat 6am to 12am and serve Marathon County as well as all of Wisconsin.
