Sophari was an excellent host. Very timely with responses, always polite and eager to help. The checkin instructions were detailed with a video making it easy to figure out the multi step process. This was my first stay on Mercer Island, but loved the location, quite and clean with some nice street cafes and friendly people. Highly recommend the place.
