By The River B&B, a distinguished, historic home on the banks of the storied and beautiful Saint John River, near the heart of the vibrant capital city of Fredericton. The house dates back to 1903, and we have lovingly updated the home to accommodate 8 guest suites whilst retaining many original features. All have lovely bathrooms and all the modern amenities, most rooms have King Size beds, and all are air- conditioned. Special service, on site SPA, make your appointment in advance.

Our stay here was just great—Hao was very welcoming. We loved the sound of someone playing piano in the parlour as we arrived—it felt like entering someone’s gracious home. Our room was impeccably clean, with thoughtful design touches and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast pancakes and eggs were top-notch. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you to Hao and family!

The suite was clean, the bed was comfortable and Hao was a great host. I wasn’t able to stick around for the complimentary breakfast, but Hao allowed me a late checkout after running the marathon.
