Beautiful decorated studio in a PRIME location in Origin at Seahaven Resort. This 9th floor unit overlooks the pool and has breathtaking Gulf Views from the private balcony. Accommodates three with a King bed and futon. Kitchenette with microwave, sink and under counter refrigerator. Turn-key, rental ready with all linens, accessories, housewares, electronics and furnishings included. You won't find this LUXURY and quality anywhere else in PCB. Origin is BEAUTIFUL...the only Panama City Beach condo with hotel design and INTERIOR corridors, mahogany entry doors, CUSTOM hall sconces and address plaques, pendant lighting, granite, raised panel cabinets, a theater, fitness center, observation decks, dining terraces, and parking in the building.

The place was spotless and clean and also beautiful! The area itself was honestly really nice. The beach was just right across the road couldn’t ask for a better view! Many places to eat around the area also places to shop around also! I would recommend to friends and family for future vacations. Instructions to get in was very helpful and David gave all the essentials information you need for your stay really recommend!

It was a pretty good place to stay at, and pretty clean. It’s right in the middle of everything so getting around is also pretty easy.
You get well more than what you pay for with the location and amenities.

Parking is easy. Just enter the parking garage in the front of the building , park in any unreserved space and make your way to the room. You don’t need to check in at the front desk.
