En general recomiendo mucho este alojamiento, tuvimos una buena experiencia y lo disfrutamos mucho ☺️ Edificio: es moderno y está en buen estado (constantemente hacen reparaciones), el staff es muy cálido y servicial. Lo mejor es su gimnasio con espectaculares vistas y bien equipado a pesar de ser pequeño, junto a la piscina de la azotea que es realmente espectacular, especialmente en los atardeceres. En la zona hay algunas tiendas de conveniencia, fruta, cafeterías y restaurantes cerca. La playa está a 4 minutos caminando. Departamento: amplio, bien equipado, y lo que más disfrutamos fue la terraza y sus vistas. El único inconveniente es que la lavadora filtra agua al usarla cada vez, por lo que teníamos que secar el piso de alrededor posteriormente. La anfitriona fue cordial, eficiente y respondía rápidamente. Cabe tener presente que para estadías prolongadas de más de 1 mes, el consumo de luz y agua se pagan adicionalmente (valores razonables).

Бронировали 21 этаж, заселили на 30-й с прекрасным видом на море. Очень приветливый хозяин… все вопросы и нюансы были решены моментально. В день отъезда нам без проблем предоставили номер до вечера, за что отдельная благодарность. Расположение кондоминиума отличное (тихо, спокойно и в то же время в пешей доступности от всей инфраструктуры).

The apartment needs a deep clean , it’s not filthy but it’s not up to what I, or probably most people would expect, the photos on the listing are not the apartment I was in, the listing says the 21st floor, it’s actually the 30th! ( which is a bonus ) and it’s a slightly different layout, the mattress is extremely hard, got used to it after a few nights of sleep, myself & the host got stuck in the apartment on my check in, she had to phone for help ! Maintenance did turn up & lubricate the lock, but it was troublesome for the month i was there, it definitely needs changing ! Also the toilet has a mind of its own, sometimes it will take a few hours to fill the cistern so will not flush There are noisy dogs around in the early hours, so beware if a light sleeper The location is beautiful, 2 mins walk to the beach, balcony view is stunning, 3.5 miles from walking street! Security staff are v friendly, plenty of street food around & restaurants within 2 mins walk, try Blue Siam!
