In general we had a great time, and the place is lovely, cosy and compact, v good location. Less good: 1) Philip did not reply to my enquiries (about heating, and if good local restaurants are listed in welcome pack, which they are not) 2) broken kickboard in kitchen 3) parking instructions photograph needed annotation, eg you are here, as complex route to permitted parking place 4) no information given on recycling facilities (found on last day - bins behind block) 5) open pipe directly under keybox (nearly dropped the key into it accidentally) 6) scaffolding still up (see earlier review/complaint) which Philip had not told us about.

Great location! Had everything you would need for a few nights stay. Nice touches were the milk, cookies, coffee and tea bag selections. Host was reachable over the weekend if and when needed and even took on board some suggestions I gave once we’d checked out.

Great stay in west Bay, place is great for being in the centre of everything.

very good but we weren't very happy when we first arrived at the property as the whole development was covered in scaffolding, Philip told us that it should have been removed at the end of February. the inside was as described in the listing. parking is rather difficult as there is no reserved spot. but once we found a space we decided not to use the car for our stay (my wife loved the little sun room) we woul definitely go again!

Excellent location! The beach is right on the doorstep. Accommodation has everything you need and very cosy. We will definitely book again as we are frequent visitors of West Bay.
