Keerthi is a superb host, and one of the nicest people I have ever encountered on or off AirBnB. He was extremely helpful in all things, very communicative, and completely open and honest in everything involved with the residence. When there was a slight miscommunication after booking, he offered me a full refund even though we were way past the refund period, but I was happy to keep the booking and very much enjoyed my stay. The flat is on the 3rd floor of a very modern new build in the heart of the City of London, so bear that in mind, as most things are shuttered on weekends. The flat is a bit small (studio layout), but it has everything you would need, including a spacious kitchen with washer and dryer, small sofa with nice telly, and good bathroom, with large shower. Internet speeds are good too, I measured around 40 mbps down and 18 up. The only windows in the flat face another unit, and you can see the people in it, and vice versa, but you can shutter them closed if necessary.

Keerthi is a perfect host, generous and thoughtful, communicative and accommodating. The complimentary fruit, wine, and other items made us feel right at home.This very reasonably priced apartment in a modern building has a most comfortable bed and provides all the amenities you could ask for, including lots of shelf and closet space and a very efficient kitchen and laundry area. Great wi-fi. The apartment is in an excellent location, an easy walk to the Mansion House tube station or a readily available taxi, if you prefer. An easy walk to Shakespeare’s Globe as well! Keerthi provided us with a perfect perch from which to enjoy all London has to offer!

Nice and cozy flat in a good neighbourhood, a lot of sightseeing in walking distance. Underground and buses are nearby. Keerthisri is very friendly and helpful, with almost immediate response to my messages. I can only recommend his place. :)

Had an absolutely wonderful stay!! Keerthi is an amazing host, met me in person and showed me around the area. The flat matched the photos and the description and is perfectly located! Would definitely stay here again!
