Kitchen: Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper. No other cooking essentials or supplies are provided unless left by previous guests (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.). Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is no later than 10AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is a fee of $400 for both or $200 for either early check in or late check out. (this fee increases to $500 in between Oct-May) WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY? All of our properties have keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier. DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE? We provide a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED? Yes, during the winter our pools are kept around 75-84 degrees. If you would like the pool to be heated we charge a fee of $150/night. Please let your property manager know at least one week in advance of your arrival if you would like pool heat added to your reservation. DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS? This property has an outdoor music system. However, the volume cannot be adjusted any higher due to local noise ordinances. DO YOU ALLOW PETS? Pets must be approved in advance and are an additional fee. *Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
