Nice place with enough room to spread out. Fairly long walk to historic district. But very close to some of town's most iconic dining choices.

Theo's place is in such a great location- walkable to town and the river /trails. Fun to visit a new town and have such a convenient space to stay.

We highly recommend Theo’s apartment to stay in when visiting Fredericksburg. His place was very clean and nicely furnished and decorated and had everything we needed while we were vacationing. You have half a flight of stairs to get to the apartment. Sleeping quarters are upstairs. We did get the pleasure to meet Theo during our stay. He is a very nice host. Parking was on either side of the street in this quiet neighborhood. It is a short drive to the downtown historic district and walking distance to a few places to eat. Close drive to grocery stores. Start to finish this was an exceptionally nice place to stay.

Beautiful and charming home in a great area. Hosts were very friendly and this is somewhere we'd definitely stay again!

Great little place. Very cozy and very clean. Theo had thorough and clear instructions waiting on me when I arrived. It was just outside of downtown, so quiet, but things within walking distance. The shower head is fantastic. Would recommend it and would stay there again. Thanks for everything, Theo!
