The house beat our expectations! It had a beautiful lanai and view and had everything we needed!

This is the best Airbnb I or my family have stayed in. The home looks exactly like the pictures and is extremely clean. The host has thought of everything to make your stay helpful - from the kitchen amenities which include everything to extra toiletries, amount of towels, night lights, etc. Roman is also very responsive - he is proactive, making sure you don't need anything and responds quickly to any need or question you may have (We have no needs - just a question here or there). The location is great- easy to get to all places and being in the cul de sac was amazing for the kids - they can play outside and the house is right next to the neighborhood pool. It really was the first Airbnb we have stayed in that felt like an actual home and not just a house being rented out. We loved our stay there and if we are ever needing a place to stay in Naples again, we know where we will be!

From the days leading up to our vacation to the last day of our trip everything was perfect and everything went as planned. Roman the host reached out to us days before to see if anything was needed, he also reached out to us during our stay to make sure everything was well and made sure we didn’t need anything. The house was immaculate, just spotless and well stocked. He didn’t miss anything, it is newly remodeled with all top end furniture and appliances. The community pool is very close, clean and quiet. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, great for morning walks, sitting on the lanai you can watch the golfers, and enjoy the sunrise. Overall everything was perfect and Roman is a great host.

You cannot go wrong with this property. New, clean, beautifully decorated, great view of golf course when you wake up, pool next door, beach not far, great host. I would recommend it very highly.
