The apartment was not bad, a spectacular view, but not to mention cleaning, the floor was dirty, it seems that they had not been mopped.

this is the best holiday house so far! right on the beach, there’s access to the beach from the bedrooms. the design of the house is brilliant, living + kitchen is on 1st floor with mind-blowing views of the sea. The house was clean, parking just 3 metres from the entrance, well equipped kitchen and laundry, 2 bathrooms. I would give this house 7stars if it had WIFI. there are so many places around this house to explore. Shops close to the house. will go back there someday…

Beautiful location, you really can’t find anything else like it on the beach for the price. Views incredible, could see the ocean at day and nights were full of stars. Quiet and private. As already mentioned in comments, the cleanliness was an issue, with cobwebs, water damage in closets, old carpets and old bathrooms. The windows should have been cleaned to show off the amazing views… they were covered in sea spray. The instructions included BYO sheets and towels, but I didn’t realise this meant tea towels and hand towels which would have been useful. Having said this, I’d come back for the relatively affordable beach holiday it allowed.

The moment we walked up the stairs to the living room we were blown away , the view is incredible. The beach is perfect , good fishing and great for the kids to swim and play .Not long after we arrived we saw whales from our balcony. The location is absolutely perfect. Shops close by , Park close by , the local Chinese was incredibly fast and catered for fussy kids with hot chips and nuggets . however, we felt that the place wasn't very clean , the shower still had someone else's soap bar and under the trundle bed was a sock and rubbish. the TV in the living room didn't work. which we didn't really need but wanted to watch a movie the night before we left and couldn't. We would definitely come back though. The location and price was pretty good and super close to Batemans Bay which is where we usually stay.
