Awesome house in downtown Greenville! Lots of space and walkable to many places. Would definitely stay away.
Beautiful new duplex within walking distance (on a relatively nice day) to downtown and other Greenville attractions! Exceptionally clean, stocked with snacks and drinks, cute outdoor back patio. Communication was quick! It is right down the street from a soup kitchen so there were some people on the sidewalk down the road from us. One of my friends said one of them followed friends to the front door but I never personally had issues with feeling unsafe. The front door automatically locks as long as you shut it. Overall, would stay here again!
Great location. The house was about 0.75 - 1.0 miles to Falls Park and was an easy walk. I love to bring my dogs with me but I hate to stay in a lot of dog friendly homes as I don't feel like the cleanliness is up to my standards. That was not the case with this house. The house was very clean and spacious. The fenced in back patio area was perfect for letting the dogs play. We loved that each room had it's own bathroom so everyone had their own space. The host was also great about communicating and accommodating our request for early check in / late check out. We would definitely love to stay here again.

We are located near downtown in a transitioning neighborhood that is quickly moving up. There is frequent foot traffic on this street, and a soup kitchen at the end of the road.
While Alta Novella is perfectly positioned for walking to Downtown, we do recommend a car for seeing the other amazing sites that Greenville has to offer. Uber is also available for a quick trip beyond the Downtown area.
