Think carefully before booking this place it’s a great location but it’s very loud. There is no real sound proofing in the apartment and the doors on the balcony don’t meet so you hear all the sirens and general city noises all night long. Luxico sent a handyman to rectify the balcony door issue but it’s a structural building fault and could not be fixed. The apartment was very dirty when we arrived, thick dust on the floors & it smelt very stagnant as if it’d been left vacant for a while. Luxico sent a cleaner the next day to rectify but it was still very dirty so I just cleaned myself. It may look nice on the surface and in the pictures but in reality it needs a lot of maintenance & TLC - door knobs & toilet roll holders falling off, tumble dryer doesn’t work & I had to clean the mould off the washing machine before we used it, no workable iron to use, shower runs hot and cold constantly to name a few. It’s a very expensive place to stay in - price versus quality don’t match up.
