Bring whole family to this great place with lots of space and fun. Size of small full house. Private, central, easy to reach activities all over Kansas City area. Will accomodate 4 guests. Fee is $20 each for over two guests. Is lower level of a ranch where I reside. I am a widow, retired nurse. and business owner. Environment is spacious, lovely, quiet and peaceful. Dogs allowed and welcomed. Pet Fees apply. Because of pool children must be attended at all times in back yard. Parking is very close, across from sidewalk to front door. Private entrance, 5 steps down to walkout lower level apartment/suite. Very large, 2 bedroom, 1 bath, living room with reclining leather sofa, two chair recliners, full kitchen with dishes, dish washer, refrig and range cooking utensils, silverware, spices, coffee, etc.

Carol’s place is so clean! It has a nice amount of space. Beds are comfy and linens are really nice. Carol is friendly and kind. This was our second stay.
5-stars across the board for this super host! The unit was exactly as advertised. I have rented many ABBs, none have been cleaner or more well-kept than this one. It was well stocked with cook ware and other things I needed for a week+ stay. It is located in a quiet, safe and convenient neighborhood. Carol was very responsive and helpful.
We had a great stay at Carol’s Air B & B. She was a very accommodating hostess. Her place was extremely clean and well stocked. Not a detail was missed. The beds were comfortable and the shower and hot water supply were excellent. We will definitely stay here again!

Lovely country setting, close to town in an established neighborhood. Within 30 min of Kansas City events, Chiefs football, Royals baseball and lots of soccer, tennis tournaments, and golf. Located 8 min south of Olathe, just north/east of Gardner.
Parking is very close . Several highways also close by (with in 5 min). I -35 which leads to 435 and 169, old 56, and hwy 7, Easy access to everywhere, shopping, events, concerts. etc

Retired Registered Nurse and commercial property owner. Enjoy my flower garden, Serve on local business and church Boards, Really enjoy my volunteer work. World traveler, loved Asia and Greece. Enjoy good food (Italian is my favorite) and chocolate. A controlled food plan is chocolate in both hands!! I like remodeling houses for resale or to keep as rentals. I like bible study and a good book. I love southern gospel music (I'll turn it down for you.) Favorite way to travel is to cruise. Love to have friends over to play dominoes ( Mexican Train is our favorite). Love, love to find a good sale. Am really enjoying meeting the wonderful travelers with Airbnb. What fun this has been! Who knew?!! You are so very welcome in my private apartment, come on over to Kansas and enjoy the wonderful things to do in Kansas City.
