The motel was what we expected, however the room did have a strange smell maybe from previous smoking being disguised. The room layout was good and all items in the room serviceable. The snacks available to purchase had crisps that were 3 weeks out of date, would suggest changing more regularly. We had a passive aggressive phonecall from Tom following our attempt to organise a late check-in due to travelling with two small children and time zone changes meaning we were not going to arrive on time. We are very polite people as all my reviews state, so this took us by surprise. I would suggest making sure you leave enough time to organise the complex late check-in procedure otherwise you may also have issues getting the paperwork sorted in time before he leaves for the day... But all in all a good location and stay.

Great one night stay !! Very clean and tidy place and worth the money spent. I would definately recommend this place if you are visiting Goldcoast !!
