The stair access to the loft sleeping units was quite steep, especially for an older couple with relatively heavy bags,. The only person we saw in 5 days was the cleaning girl, once, and she wasn't able to really answer our questions. We did hear other tenants coming and going mostly at nighttime. The morning we left there was a fellow sleeping on the couch in the common area. whether or not he was a paid guest we don't know. The entry way was through 2 doors since the accommodation area was in a separate building from the front entrance. The common area was ok but the kitchen was little short cutlery, plates and glasses, especially wine glasses. we were fortunate we didn't have to eat at the same time as the other two potential tenants. Towels were thin and smelly. The whole setup reminded us more of a youth hostel. The following week we stayed in an AirBnB in Lagos which was the complete opposite, bright, roomy and clean. We don't think we were registered in compliance with the law.

We had a great stay here in Lisbon. The location was great: close to the city center but also reserved and quiet. Overall the place was clean. The only downside was the smell from the bathroom and the not very soundproof rooms. However the view and the living room made up for that!

Super Aufenthalt. Lage nahe vom Zentrum. Angenehmes Ambiente und schöne Aussicht auf die Stadt vom Balkon aus.
