Would definitely stay again! Lots of great things! There are some potential improvements given that it’s a new airbnb, but would totally recommend to others. Pros: - location is perfect for great nightlife and restaurants - Apartment is quiet. I WFH and had no issues - Internet was great for working remotely -Standing desk and monitor were amazing too. - Building gym is really complete and clean. They even have a peloton - Firepit is a really nice touch - receives morning sunlight - Dog park in building across the street. Also, a public dog park within a 11min walk. - Felt super safe walking my dog at all times. My girlfriend did too. Cons: - If you love to cook, there is not many kitchenware (no spatula, ladle, small tongs) - Missing some daily kitchen appliances like coffee maker, only french press. No toaster or air fryer. - Towels and bed sheets are good quality but are worn. Discoloration in some of Them - Apartment gets dusty very quickly. Might need ac duct cleaning

Great place to stay. Very close to downtown and a bunch of things to walk to. I stayed at this unit for three months and didn't have any problems during that time. Host is very responsive. The building is very quiet and having a reserved parking spot is a luxury. I would recommend to any solo (or a couple) traveler.
