The house was well-appointed and had everything you could possibly think of. We stayed for a family graduation in boulder and we spent time dining in Denver. It’s a convenient location between the two cities. The house was well-laid out so family and friends could spread out and not share bathrooms. When I had a question, Stevie got back to me immediately.

Stevie’s place is a great choice in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Spacious, made for guest enjoyment, and with nice touches to let you know they care about your experience. Great responsive host with both proactive communication as well as good quick response time. We would most certainly stay here again.

The house is amazing with great amenities. The kitchen has every appliance and gadget you could possibly need with plenty of matching crockery, glasses and cutlery. Stevie is a great host and was very quick and responsive to any concerns we had. With two sitting areas, large table with twelve chairs and game rooms, this home is ideal for large families and we thoroughly recommend it.

This is house is absolutely gorgeous. It fit all 12 guest perfect with still lots of room. He is an amazing host and very responsive. I love this house!!!!

Our recent stay at this property was extremely comfortable. The house was very clean and kitchen was amazing. The location was convenient for all we had planned for our cousin’s reunion. The listing accuracy was very good with one exception, the property is listed as pet friendly, however the backyard is not fully fenced. It wasn’t a problem for us because our dog isn’t a runner. Even with 8 people there was plenty of hot water for showers, the house itself is very spacious—we didn’t get in each other’s way and it was easy to snatch private moments when anyone got tired of talking about old times. Our host, Stevie, was very responsive for the few minor questions we had and the informational printout he provided gave us everything we needed to know about the house and local attractions. You won’t go wrong reserving this lovely home.
