The place was a great find…it was exactly what we were looking for to attend the Tall Pines Festival There were many nice personal touches such as bathroom amenities (tooth brush and paste in case you forgot yours), a couple of cold local brews in the fridge and even a couple snacks in case you were in the need of a quick bite…all in all I would suggest anyone to rent these accommodations Thank you April for a great weekend in your very comfortable place

April was excellent to communicate with. Her place was spacious, clean, had a comfortable bed, kitchen, within a km from the wharf & Steamships and even closer to the downtown plus a parking spot. We chose this place as we were doing the triathlon and wanted a place close to the site and quiet for a restful sleep. I would have given it 5 stars but unfortunately we could hear conversation & laughing past midnight on the night before our triathlon…otherwise, we had a lovely stay!

My husband and I stayed at April's place for one week to explore Muskoka. It was perfect for us. The place was very clean and well equipped. Gravenhurst is a pretty town and more convenient than we expected with a Sobeys and Dollarama within a 5 mins drive. The bed was semi-firm, and although I usually like firm beds, it was comfortable. The lounge chairs were also very relaxing. I liked that there was some natural sunlight from the windows which made the place feel brighter than most basement apartments. My husband who is average height did find the ceiling a bit low - he could touch it when he raised his arms to do his morning exercises, so someone who is tall may want to check the height of the ceiling before booking. Overall the place was lovely and we would love to stay again.

Fantastic location in Gravenhurst. We stayed for three nights and it was easy access to restaurants and the wharf, as well as roads out of town for day trips. April was very accommodating and communication was wonderful. Would definitely stay again if we're heading up to the area!

Excellent place and better host. April is amazing as a host, everything was pretty and cozy in this place. I would recommend this place 100%
