The lock pad on door battery was going dead and took forever to get into the apt. Took 2 days to fix and Jim knew the problem existed. No internet/wifi, took over a week to get it installed. The apt listed shows as a downstairs apt. and it show a different building than where you actually stay. The apt. was dirty, and I had to clean it before we stayed. I asked for a refund for my cleaning and never received it. My father is elderly and cannot do stairs and asked to be moved. Jim agreed and when they moved us it was to a horrible apartment that smelled like animal urine and very dirty. I called Jim and told him I wasn't going to stay in this unit he offered us a hotel room. Then called and cancelled my reservation that I had for 3 months. Didn't receive a fair refund!!! I would not recommend this airbnb to anyone!!

This place is nice and clean. Very comfortable and roomy. Quiet location. Convenient to shopping and restaurants.

This was a nice quiet place to rest with everything needed and very close to everything we wanted to do.
