The house is beautiful and was very clean and well furnished. It is very spacious and has plenty of rooms to accommodate a large group while everyone has their personal space. The screened in porch is very nice in the evenings and having FIVE king bed rooms is definitely a plus! Prior to our stay, Adam was very proactive in communicating about our upcoming trip. The keypad lock is a little tricky and we weren't able to get inside at first but were able to call and immediately get assistance. This house is a fantastic deal for the price and has very little required check out cleaning - which is very nice. The location is perfect if you want to visit Branson but don't want to be in an crowded hotel on the strip and was close enough to Harrison, AR for us to travel back and forth for a multi-day baseball tournament.
We love the house ! It was very clean and it had all what we needed to cook . Adam and his assistant were very friendly and always answered our questions on time ! GREAT PLACE TO STAY !!!

Beautiful home, well taken care of. Perfect for a family staying in Branson, but private and not along a busy highway. Super clean and great value.

Howdy! My name is Adam Martin and I have been owning and managing vacation rentals here in Branson since 2015. My wife, Katlyn, and I have lived and worked in the Branson area for over 15 years. I am the director of the Kanakuk Family Kamp as well as Kanakuk Link Year. I am thankful and blessed to be a part of this wonderful ministry! Living in Branson has allowed us to enjoy so many aspects of this town and the fun activities all around the area. From the beauty of the lake, the many shows and attractions, to wonderful date spots, it's all memory making! We have 3 amazing kids and also love taking advantage of the fun Branson offers for the little ones as well. So, with that, I love being able to share with YOU (our guests) all these great recommendations so y’all can fall in love with Branson just like we have! Our vacation homes range from 1 bedroom all the way up to 12 bedrooms. So, whatever the size of your group, we hope to have something that is a fit for you!
