Located in a very desirable area of the Grand Strand. This 9th floor unit 2-minute walk to the beach. This is a one bedroom, will sleeop 4 comfortably but can accommodate 6. Host provides sheets, towels, bathroom tissue and paper towels. And beach chairs all included. Self-check-in. Free wi-fi. on site free parking. This is a 560 sq ft condo well maintained condo built in 1985. It has one queen bed and one full size bed in the bedroom. An air mattress and a pullout twin bed in the living room. the kitchen is small, stocked with everything you need to cook a full meal.

The ambiance and amenities were superb: very quiet with excellent view of the beach. Tracey was always cordial, helpful, responsive, and friendly. It was a wonderful stay

Absolutely wonderful place to stay! I stayed here with my children, ages 9 & 7. Everything was near-spotless when we arrived and Tracey provided thorough instructions. The space was very efficiently designed. Everything had a function, even to the hooks in the shower which were perfect for swimsuits. The view on the balcony was gorgeous. The kitchen was well-stocked and we cooked dinners with no issue. Beds were comfortable and the linens we soft and clean. Beach chairs and a very nice wagon were provided for beach outings. Tracey was a wonderful host - friendly and proactive with everything we needed to know for a smooth stay. We loved our stay and would stay here again!

very clean,fantastic view,watched many sunrises,had everything I needed to cook with,and everything to make us very comfortable also met some nice neighbors. hope to do it again next year. thank you tracey!!!!!
