The location, price, and amenities were exactly what we were looking for, having been in town for a long weekend for a wedding. The space comfortably accommodated 6 adults; is in a beautiful, quiet location near Snow Canyon State Park; has a pool and clubhouse for lazy afternoons; and there is a cute coffee shop nearby for easy breakfast. The property was very clean and honestly one of the nicest Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in.

This property is amazing. It was exactly what we were looking for. It's exactly as pictured but better. It's very clean and comfortable. Lots of big windows to take in the scenery. We LOVE the location. The surroundings are gorgeous! The property had great amenities like a gym, pickleball courts, hot tub and pool (which was super warm). There is a pass there for guests to be able to get into Snow Canyon State Park which was very cool. Our son loved swimming every day even though it was a little chilly outside since the pool was so warm. There is a gas fire pit in the back and a fireplace in the living room which both worked great. The kitchen had everything that we needed while we were there. The bedrooms were very comfortable. Chase always responded right away when we had questions. I really can't say enough about this property and the hosts. We would definitely stay here again.

Well appointed house in quiet gated community just minutes from Snow Canyon Park, next door to Red Mountain Resort and Spa and across the street from new Black Desert golf course (under construction but course was beautiful). Perfect for our family of five to enjoy a week of hiking and golf.

This home by Snow Canyon is in a very peaceful place. We were minutes from great coffee and the entrance to the park. Chase was extremely responsive and very polite. The home appears to be brand new-not even sure anyone has used the dishes, refrigerator, etc. Fire pit in the back yard is a nice touch!
