This stylish, ultra modern house is perfect for family holidays. With just a short drive to the beach or a 10 min walk to the centre of the bustling town of Rock, it's perfectly situated. You'll find the local pub and various restaurants just a 2 minute walk away & the house itself offers 200m2 of pure luxury. On the ground floor you'll be greeted with spacious living accommodation and a modern kitchen with all new appliances including American fridge freezer with crushed & cubed ice, hot tap, induction hob and wine cooler. The dining room seats 8 & the living room is very spacious allowing for complete relaxation or watching the Sky TV. The ground floor also has a shower room, WC & well equipped utility room. Heading up the stairs, you'll find 4 bedrooms all with Smart TV's: super king bed with en-suite shower room and walk in dressing room, king-size bedroom, double bedroom & twin room. The family bathroom can also be found on the first floor.

Beautiful place, was using for work, Penni and her husband, who are available next door, were really friendly and accommodating. Will definitely use again if need to be in the area again.
This is a beautiful and impressive house – perfect for our stay with our adult children. Penni and Paul could not have done more - they were friendly and helpful, and Penni had gone to great lengths to provide Christmas decorations for our stay – they were just wonderful. We had a fabulous time – we saw bits of Cornwall, we managed to dodge the worst of the weather and if we did get wet, we came home to a toasty warm house, with space to dry our wet things. There were things to do, books to read, lots of space to cook and the fancy fridge provided endless amusement! Most people will book the house for the summer months, and I'm sure it would be out of this world to be there in the summer, but on a wet and windy Christmas week, it was truly fabulous. Thank you to all concerned for making this one of the great Christmases we've had.

Myself and my family stayed at this property for a week in August. The house was simply amazing! Great location, immaculately clean with lots of space and everything you would need for a high quality break away. The owners were very friendly and helpful too and made us feel so welcome. Would highly recommend this property to anyone.

We are about 1.5 miles from Rock and 3 miles to Polzeath. 5 miles to Wadebridge and 0.5 miles from local shops including a baker, butcher and spar. Local fish and chip shop, pub & several eating houses including Jaws Pizza will deliver or a 2 min walk to collect.
There are buses to local places. Taxis available and plenty of parking at all resorts like Rock, Daymer Bay, Polzeath, Port Quin, Port Isaac and Wadebridge, all within 15 mile radius. You have the Camel Trail for biking from Padstow to Bodmin, or as far as your legs will take you. Ferry at Rock to take you to Padstow and buses from there if required to Trevone and Newquay.
