This home is not only large at 3300 square feet, but it is furnished to maximize spaciousness for up to 8 persons. From a private entry to a back deck pool with Caribbean views, this four bedroom home is sure to please even the most discriminating travelers. It offers 4 Bedrooms, gourmet kitchen, WiFi throughout, flat panel TVs in each bedroom and big screen TV in the living area. Beachfront living... ah... With vaulted ceilings awaiting your entry, this home possesses the "WOW Factor" that is essential to an Utila Vacation Rentals upscale rental. Up just a 3 step run from the front door you're treated to a wall of windows that is your interior view to not only the Caribbean, but to your private pool and deck, as well. This contemporary home has managed to combine the look and feel of an European villa with the amenities of a US style built home. WiFi is everywhere, including the pool and deck, for your convenience. With each bedroom having it's own flat screen, as well as the large one in the living area there is no reason to not watch what you want to watch! The kitchen is set up for everything from a gourmet meal to a quick snack, and the only thing missing in it is you~

This was a wonderful experience. We highly recommend this place, not just for the amenities but for the host. Snorkeling out front was beautiful, the pool was great, nice trade winds, whole house filtered water. Jo met us at the dock with a tuk tuk, her personal vehicle and had lined up two golf cart rentals that were at the dock as well. We were able to smoothly get all our luggage and people to the house without stress. She got us settled in, explained everything about the house, and had a guide to Utila with a ton of useful information. The house was equipped with solar panels which really decreased our power usage. Power is extremely expensive on Utila. It's about 4 times what it is in the states. Expect to pay extra unless you want to run the AC all the time or rent a house with solar panels like this one. I don't think we could have had a better host or better house while we were on the island! Thanks so much, Jo!

The place looks even more beautiful than in the pictures with huge ceilings, and common areas completely open. You have a whole private area on the beach right in your backyard with lots of corals and fish to snorkel all day. Renting a golf cart was definitely very convenient, if not necessary. It's just a few mins from the main road and Tony and Jo recommended us awesome places. Tony and Jo went above and beyond with their hospitality and made us feel so welcomed. Before we left, we were talking about planning on going back. To that same house!
We had a fantastic time at this property in Utilla! Everything was impeccable and it exceeded our expectations. We stayed five days and would highly recommend this property to anyone. Walking distance from town and right on the beach! A+
Casa Naranja is a wonderful rental. It is located just out of town, which we found to be perfect, as it was nice and quiet, but close enough to easily go to restaurants, shop for groceries, etc. While walking into town would certainly be possible, I would recommend a golf cart, not just for groceries, but for exploring the island. The house itself is very comfortable with amazing views and a most spectacular lanai. The trade winds on that section of the island are amazing and no matter the temperature, the lanai is always super pleasant. Perfect for spending the day relaxing and reading. The kitchen is well stocked and easy to cook in. We enjoyed the house so much we cooked in most meals. If you like to keep the AC running 24/7 be prepared to pay for the power overage. We found the daily allowance perfectly acceptable by separating the main living area from bedrooms depending on where we were and turning it off completely during the day when we were out. Tony and Jo were fantastic hosts, they went over and above helping us with logistics before we even got there. They were also kind enough to acquire beach chairs before our stay. Highly recommend.

Utila Vacation Rentals is proud to host a number of homes in the Dolphin Run/TradeWind neighborhoods on Utila. Just a short walk or quick TukTuk ride from town, you'll find this shoreline area to be one suited to the privacy and security you'd expect in a vacation home rental.
The Dolphin Run/TradeWind area of Utila is just past the bridge on The Point. If you feel like a walk, it's take you about 10 minutes to get to town. Many of our guests prefer to rent a golf cart during their visit so they have the convenience of wandering about the island exploring on their own and on their own time. Because of the volume of business that we do, if you'd like a golf cart please let us know; we often get better pricing from those who simply walk in off of the street.

We are well known on the island, having been retired here for years. We have somehow become known as 'Tony & Jo' as if it was one name! Between having properties that we rent and being involved in the community at large we still find time for traveling to other countries, visiting our children abroad and living the lifestyle that is Utila. We ended up in the hospitality industry by accident and have enjoyed it ever since we got our first hotel on the island. Not knowing anything at all about the service industry we simply decided to use a plan based on what WE liked about some of the places we've stayed in around the world. We now own Utila Vacation Rentals, an enterprise we started because a number of our friends started asking us to rent their properties for them, as well.
