We loved staying at Anne's place! The neighborhood is quiet and the house is very clean and updated. They have toys and books for kids too which was great! They have plenty of supplies, even little things like coffee filters and tin foil (things you might not remember to grab when you pick up some snacks/food from Publix). We didn't use the hot tub but when we arrived the temperature was hot and the hot tub is huge! Anne is very quick to respond and she has a beautiful home! I would definitely recommend staying here!

The house seemed just fine at first, how everyone wake up back from our dinner the first night, the master bedroom smelled horrible. We had a total of seven people staying in the house and we had a funny moment as each one thought somebody else had passed gas to cause this smell. However we soon realize that it was coming from the vents but only in the master bedroom. After getting our children to sleep and trying to go to sleep ourselves despite the smell, my wife and I couldn't take it and my wife ended up moving in with one of the kids and I slept on the couch. I contacted the host right away that evening at 11:00 at night and she said that her husband was too busy to do anything about it but that they would look into it for the next day. I told her that was fine and that I didn't expect her husband to come out in the middle of the night not to mention the fact that we had people sleeping. The next night was the same they never sent anybody nor did they compensate us

A great location in Pinecraft! Walking path was right across the street. The house was well furnished, the kitchen had everything we needed for whenever we wanted to cook, even spices! Nice big sectional couch on the living room. The patio is very nice, with patio table and chairs, lounge chairs, privacy fence, lights strung across the fence. Big hot tub! Would definitely recommend this house.
