From the moment you walk through the door and are greeted by the grand staircase, you’ll see what we mean! With floor to ceiling windows and views that don't stop, the main living room is the perfect gathering place for early morning coffee and just sitting still to take it all in. Right around the corner you will find the airy kitchen which flows into the dining and second living room, meaning the chef of your group won’t miss a beat while whipping up home cooked meals. Plentifully stocked with cookware and updated appliances, the kitchen is sure to satisfy even the most sophisticated cooks. Just off the kitchen, you might notice the outside seating area which offers a second dining experience for those that prefer their meals out in the fresh mountain air. The Traeger is just outside, so bring your pellets and keep your chef included! The living area invites you to sit back and enjoy great conversation or turn on that favorite Netflix series you’ve all been talking about! In the winter months, take advantage of the gas fireplaces in both living rooms, which beautifully set the tone for a relaxing evening. Back down the hall past the grand staircase is the lovely and private master bedroom with sweeping views outside and direct access to the hot tub. From there the master bath invites you in with his and her sinks, a luxurious walk-in shower with 3 shower heads and a free-standing chandeliered tub to soak in as the cares of the day fade away. When the gang is ready, head on out to explore GreenBluff on foot or by car, visiting the surrounding farms for some wine tasting, beer sampling, gift shopping or to pick your own fruit and veggies for tonight's dinner. Fall brings all kinds of harvest activities! After exploring the neighborhood, the sport court is calling for a fun game of tennis, basketball or pickleball. Adventure is waiting to be had! As the sun heats up, step out back to the custom built, one of a kind heated pool (open April 15-October 31, heated when weather is consistently above 45 at night when heat pump can function well) with cascading rocks, beautiful bridge walkway and the little pond with water rippling down. Conveniently push the button for the safety cover to slide back and then hop on into the heated pool for a swim or just lounge on the sun deck inside the pool, perfect for littles or for sun-beauties to soak up the sun. When night falls, bring some firewood to gather at the arbor under the string of lights to sit by the firepit for storytelling and wine sipping. Or hop in the 8 person hot tub for a relaxing soak as you watch the sun go down. Alternatively, go downstairs to the bonus area in the basement where you can find a ping pong table, foosball, couches and a sauna. (There is an additional apartment downstairs with its own entrance that can be rented on AirBnb, called the cozy Boho apartment. We block off this apartment from being rented when the main house gets rented first with over 12 people. If you would like to rent this additional apartment, do let us know and we can make it available. Boho apartment holds up to six extra guests! Boho guests have their own basement entry and walk past basement rec room on the way to their apartment - but rec area is only used by the main house.) After a nice meal and a day filled with adventure, close out your night as you head on up the second staircase to the galley of bedrooms. Equipped with plush king and queen sized beds, wrapped in hotel quality linens, sleeping soundly won’t be a concern here. Or stop by the media room first to sit in the big recliners while you watch a movie or refresh your skills on the provided Wii/Xbox with games. This home is conveniently located just outside of Spokane. You can enjoy all that the city has to offer before escaping to this more secluded, peaceful atmosphere at the edge of GreenBluff. If you have recreation in mind for this trip, there are plenty of options no matter what time of year. This is a great base camp while you are here hitting some lakes or skiing. The Boho apartment guests have their own downstairs entrance and walk past this rec area on the way to their apartment. You can also rent out the beautiful boho apartment downstairs. It has its own private entrance, holds 4-6 people and has a pool table, large kitchen, huge bathroom, laundry, living room, dining room and king size bedroom. It is just off the recreation area that includes the sauna and recreation room with ping pong table and kiddie games. There are barn cats, and a St. Bernard, Daisy, that are on site now and then. Their job is to keep mice, gophers, and deer away! They live outside and do not come inside. The Saint Bernard is extremely friendly but will go away if firmly told to.
