Kath is extremely friendly as soon as we walked in the door she was there to greet us. Space is so clean and spotless. Large room with an extremely comfy queen bed and plenty of room to move. Great size wall mounted tv not a pokey little one. Didn’t need to use the AC temp was comfy enough. Did have to use the fan when my husband burnt the toast and set off the fire alarm so just be aware if using it. At least we know it works. It was so nice to sit and eat with all matching china, cutlery and glassware. Bathroom is roomy with plush towels and the shower area is large and has great water pressure. Kath has a folder with plenty of information about things to do in Coffs. She has thought of everything. We loved the fact it is just a short walk to a beautiful beach where we walked and went for a swim in the surf. We would definitely stay here again a perfect few days away. Thanks Kath

We had a very nice stay at Kath's place: the room is clean, spacious and very private. There is a nice beach within walking distance, and Kath provides lots of information and recommandations for things to do in the area in a big folder available in the room. Communication was very easy before and during our stay, thank you Kath!
