This was our first time going to Aspen and ABL was a great host. They helped with all my questions leading up to the trip. Meghan was very helpful with arranging some of our transportation needs. The shuttle stop just a very short walk from the condo made it easy to get around. Whatever app you use for transit just look for the Brush Creek Rd & Sinclair Rd stop. The condo had big open windows in the living room and it was nice waking up to beautiful views of Snowmass mountain. Washer & dryer was probably the most valued amenity for my family and the espresso machine a close 2nd. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook during the week. Did our grocery shopping at nearby Clark’s. I would definitely consider staying here again or checking out other ABL properties when back in Aspen.

Close to Snowmass. Easy bus ride in. Check in is on the later side (4p) and check out on the earlier side (10a) and that is pretty inflexible so you just need to plan for that. Otherwise everything was clean. The view was lovely. There’s a parking spot and a small but nice community hot tub. Easy communication with the host.

Segunda vez que nos hospedamos en blue roofs y nos encanta porque está muy bien ubicado, a unas cuadras de snowmass village y con un entorno muy agradable para salir a caminar en la nieve. La casa es muy acogedora y las recámaras son cómodas. La cocina está bien equipada. Sábanas y toallas muy bien. Si duda regresaríamos.

Fabulous unit, looks better than the photos and in a very convenient location. A group of 6 of us stayed here over NYE and it was perfect, since it was 3 levels it felt like each of us had our own area and it was super convenient that each room had it's own bathroom. The unit is steps from the local shuttle stop and minutes from Snowmass. The A Better Life team were amazing hosts and were extremely helpful in getting things setup for us before our arrival and super responsive throughout our stay. Would definitely return!

This is a great place to stay!! A 1 minute walk to the shuttle and in 5 minutes we were at the base of the mountain. We also loved the trail behind the house for walking and cross country. This place had everything we needed for a fun winter getaway.
