Make sure you get to the place while the sun is out. Might be a little tricky to find your tent/ place when it’s dark. Absolutely loved the stay, bathrooms and showers were super clean, and the location felt safe.

This was just an idylic place to stay at the foot of Big Bend and right next to Terlingua. Our mattress was amazing, AC was on for us when we arrived, bathrooms and showers were clean and very well designed. Short walk to the facilities but no big deal, even at night as the paths were well lit. We enjoyed the nightly moon rises over the mountains and views of the Milky Way and Big Bend National Park. So cool to be able to lay in bed and look up at the stars - we even saw a falling star through our roof. Loved the little fridge to keep our stuff cool. Can't recommend this place enough if you are looking for something a little more than a tent but less than a hotel room for comfort and convenience. It was the exact right mix of roughing it without actually sleeping on the ground! Thanks to you and Rick for all you have done to make this a super-interesting AirBNB experience.

I stayed at the Stargazer Gemini with my boyfriend this past weekend. Finding the airbnb campsite was very easy However, the stones that state the name of the Stargazer is kinda hard to see but there is a man named Rick who stays on site to help direct you to the right stargazer and assist with "check in" Basically going over a quick overview and run down of the stargazer and camp site. This was extremely helpful and made us feel even more right at home type of feeling. This camp site has a beautiful view that you can't beat. Along, with being close to Ghost Town & Big Bend. Bathrooms and Showers were very clean. Small bugs come out at night. However, our stay was during Spring/Summer time. So highly recommend bug stray or sleep with long sleeves and leggings. My boyfriend and I had an amazing time here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND to stay here during your trip for Big Bend.

Simple A-frame with plexiglass. A little pricey for what you get but clean, exactly as described, with beautiful sunrise views. Quiet, unique glamping experience. Great place to view the stars and camp with access to a clean, working bathroom, hot showers, safe closed sleeping space, and wifi. I booked here because the Summit BigBend stargazing domes were sold out. Was not disappointed with my stay.
