Condo 304 was modern and comfortable. As engineer I saw that the Heating and Ventilation was well designed, and could be both auto and manual set which is helpful for occupants of different ages and abilities. All indoor finish work was completed for a new place as expected. It's accommodation registration was easily visible as required. Never was there any inconvenience such as running out of hot water or breakers tripping. After snowfall the subdivision snow-clearing machinery took snow buildup from our driveway which is a luxury. The two bathrooms were well supplied. Appliances are modern and operate well. The spa tub was a luxury. Double blinds on windows are nice. Traffic on road is fast so be careful entering 360 from street. Grocery shopping is best at Super C for economics vs IGA. BMR provides BBQ propane tank fill up. Very little sounds from building's other condos. Bon Sante.

This place was just perfect for us!! We relaxed each night by the fire, watched movies, and made amazing food in that beautiful kitchen. We skied in multiple locations, and this was very conveniently located. I loved the view, cleanliness, styling and that King size bed was so comfortable!!We cannot wait to bring our kids back here!! Hosts also provided a list of recommendations, very responsive, and went over and above to make sure we had a 5 star stay!!!

I cannot say enough great things about this airbnb. Louis was always very responsive and helpful. The house is a two story condo. It was perfectly clean. It was so cozy, especially with the wood burning fireplace. The kitchen had every possible thing you could need to cook- even fondue and a blender! The full bathroom was a mini-spa with the lovely bath tub jacuzzi. The location was very quiet. It was perfect for activities around Mt St Anne. We were able to play in the snow outside and even go tubing (we bought a tube). There was great parking right in front. It was close to Quebec City (about 25-30 mins). We had a great stay and would absolutely come back again.
