We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was very nice and well equipped for a large group of people. Amy and Kevin replied to messages in a timely manner and were very helpful.

PERFECT FOR FAMILIES WITH YOUNG KIDS! We were two families (2 adults + 2 young kids per family) and this cottage was exactly what we wanted/needed! The beach and backyard grass area were incredible, and the home is VERY big so we never (ever) felt like we were all over each other. It’s even fully stocked for rainy-day activities! Amy could not have been nicer, and we really appreciated the immediate responses to our questions. HIGHLY recommend and can’t wait to go back next summer! ☀️

Great place for our grandkids. Safe bathing, and Sandy beach. The house was well equipped, with clean bed linens and towels. Lots of space for our family. Convenient location, with Pembroke close by for shopping. I would definitely go there again.

This was our second stay with kids & grandkids age 3-10. I love the kitchen/dining/deck setup, we set out meals on the peninsula & everyone finds a spot to settle either at the dining table or the spacious deck. We loved the new furnishings inside & out. The water is generally shallow with a gradual drop which makes it very easy for the younger ones to navigate and the older ones had no complaints, they used the kayaks and floats. I would suggest guests bring water shoes to avoid the shellfish but not a necessity, and a beach umbrella if anyone needs some shade, the beach is sunny all day. Though there are cottages all along the river, it has a private feel. There are some walkers, some with dogs, that pass by, all well behaved. We took long walks along the beach also. Great space downstairs for chill time/rainy day movie. Beds were comfortable, downstairs was cooler with A/C, grab a spare blanket. We did a few short excursions but why leave, we had all we needed right there!

Wonderful place. Clean and spacious. The beach was great and the shallow water was perfect for my young children. Well equipped and exactly like described. A storm took out the power for a few hours and the generator kept the power going. We had a great time and would stay again!
