GROUND FLOOR: The ground floor features an expansive 2500 sqft open lobby, housing three AC bedrooms with attached washrooms. Each room spans approximately 100 sqft and is furnished with a double bed, one wardrobe, a 32-inch TV, a 1.5-ton AC, a coffee table, and a chair. Adjacent to the elevator on the ground floor, there is a reception area. At the back of the building on the ground floor, there is ample space available for food preparation/catering purposes. This area is equipped with a common washroom, toilet, washbasin, and water tap. FIRST FLOOR (World Wonders Themed): The floor spans approximately 3000 sqft and comprises four AC bedrooms, a 400 sqft living room with a dining table, a balcony, and a furnished kitchen. SECOND FLOOR (Tollywood Themed): The floor spans approximately 3000 sqft and comprises four AC bedrooms, a 400 sqft living room with a dining table, a balcony, and a fully furnished kitchen. THIRD FLOOR (Kolkata Themed): The floor spans approximately 3000 sqft and features four AC bedrooms, a 400 sqft living room with a dining table, a balcony, and a fully furnished kitchen. FOURTH FLOOR (Bollywood Themed): The floor spans approximately 3000 sqft and includes four AC bedrooms, a 400 sqft living room with a dining table, a balcony, and a fully furnished kitchen. ROOFTOP: Enjoy panoramic views of the city from our rooftop, ideal for small gatherings. Please note that the rooftop is not included in the entire building booking.
