The host was perfect. The pictures made it seem like the accommodations where located with a pool. However the pool house was a separate building. The house was situated far from the pool house. Long walking distance. The gate community was secure and quiet. There was a small public beach across the way that wasnt the greatest for swimming. If there were more restaurants located near by, it would be perfect. The house its self was cozy and comfortable. Clean and in good order. The air conditioners in the bed rooms and living area was a necessary bonus. The host had Netflix and cable set up on the tv. The smart tv was great for children. The wifi worked great. I would definitely stay again given the chance.

Venton was very friendly and helpful when checking in home and very responsive . Miscommunication between venton and staff with security gate not knowing someone was coming was a bit frustrating and caused a delay when first checking in. Cleaning crew put sheets on bed that had stains on it but luckily there were clean sheets in the closet. Co host Sanjay was no help when advised to reach out to him for ride services. His response times were terrible if he even responded. Someones used Lashes were found on the floor in one room. BRING YOUR OWN PAPER TOWELS. None are provided. Two already opened drinking water jugs underneath sink.
