AJ Armand’s place was very well maintained & accurately described. On-site parking is convenient with the option of a valet. The area is nice and somewhat walkable (CVS across the street, 2 restaurants on the intercoastal a 10 minute walk, great French cafe just outside with almond croissants & crepes that are très bien. Ocean beaches are also walkable (which is advisable because parking at local beaches can be tough). The building is well maintained, pools were both nice & I sadly did not realize until I was leaving there is a steam room & sauna on the 5th floor. Overall recommend & would go back.

It was our first time using Airbnb and it couldn't have been better. The property was as described, and the area immediately around the building was awesome. The unit was spotless & well appointed, with convenient parking. We like to walk and the beach was less than a mile from our building; that was especially nice. There are several dining options available within walking distance, including The Banana Boat and Two Georges - can't go wrong with either. There's also a nice little French Pastry shop on property that is perfect for coffee & a pastry in the morning. Look forward to visiting again.

The listing was exactly has described and very comfortable for my husband and I to get away for 12 days. The pool was comfortable and I loved my morning runs to the beach after a long dreary weather in Philadelphia. The only negative were the pigeons that seemed to like the porch and we would have to clean up after. The view is not great but we knew that going in so it is what it is. We love Delray and the good proximity to the town there was great without the high price.

Exactly as described. The unit was perfect for us and the location was just right. We have stayed in other units in this particular building, but this was far superior to all of them. The layout was great, with a spacious open living area. It was very clean and any amenity you could need was available. We spent many days enjoying the great pools! We hope to return.
