Fantastic cottage in with lots of room, amazing for big groups

Shawn's place was so relaxing and peaceful. Our whole family loved their stay. We were a family of 8 adults, 3 children and 4 dogs. You would think we would be on top of each other but the space was fantastic. Would definitely go again.

Had a great time at the cottage. Kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of room for 16 guests, we never felt like we were in each other's way. If someone needed privacy there was plenty of places to relax. Lots of activities for adults and children. Only minor issues were that there was a wasp nest in the ground in the backyard, so we couldn't enjoy it, but the cottage is in the nature, so we can't fault anyone for that. Also the jacuzzi was out of order during our stay, the kids were a bit disappointed about that. I'm sure if we contacted Shawn about it he would have it resolved, but we never did because we didn't think it was a big issue.

Great place to stay for large groups. The cottage is large and cozy. All as described in the listing. Shawn was great at communicating and quick at responding. If travelling in large groups, the water in the washrooms would run out a lot so showering became an issue, we needed to wait a while before the pump would reload. As the cottage is on the water access only, the boat taxi is the only option to the place(if you don’t have a boat license), if you’re travelling in a group be prepared to pay an additional $350-400 in boating fees. Overall a really good experience and would definitely recommend Shawn & this AirBnB.

Great spot for a large family! So clean and spacious. We were beyond impressed with all the activities and equipment available. Everyone, of all ages, enjoyed their stay at the cottage. 100% would recommend a stay here and will be passing the recommendation on to friends and family! We are already planning our next stay! Thanks to the great hosts!
