Rangehood needs to be installed. Cooktop needs to be updated, some people wrote things on the wall which needs cleaning or painting. I just feel this little flat needs more work to it.

Great location - easy walking distance into Raglan town centre which is brilliant in the height of the busy Summer season when it's difficult to get parking in town. Beautiful views from the deck. The local host is absolutely fantastic. Incredibly thoughtful and helpful and really went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. The flat has a lot of character. Perfect size for two people and had everything we needed. Note neither of the bedrooms has a door and both are open to the living/dining area. The bathroom is also accessed off one of the bedrooms. This was not a problem for us and we thought the space was great but this may mean this isn't quite the right set up for everyone.

Beautiful and clean little studio. Well located. Not really a 2 bedroom apartment as there are no doors and one of the bed is more or less in the living room. You can only access the bathroom through the "master bedroom". You can also hear the people upstairs. Overall it is a lovely place if you go with your family (2 adults and max 2 kids)
