We had a fantastic time here!! Sheri was an amazing host. Look forward to going back again. I would highly recommend this place. AMAZING views of the lake and sunset. Loved it.

We really enjoyed Sheri's place. The only drawback for us is it was not actually 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms and one open makeshift bedroom which would be suitable for children but not for adults. We made due but we would have felt more comfortable with 3 dedicated bedrooms. The view and firepit are spectacular!!! We love the big big open kitchen spent lots of time in that area of the home. The tip about 4 wheel drive in winter was perfect and we didn't get stuck. It's a beautiful location and would be lovely in summer as well. Thank you Sheri!

Great place to stay on Rainy Lake, everything is as pictured. Sheri is easy to communicate with and will make sure your stay is special.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Lakehouse. The Owners, who work and live in the adjacent guesthouse and docked houseboat, were friendly and accommodating. Though there are numerous public boat launches nearby, it was convenient to be able to easily dock our boat for the duration of our stay. Our family enjoyed the sand beach, fishing and birdwatching (bald eagles, waterfowl, hummingbirds).

Property and location were excellent, even better than photos. There is a coach house right next to the main house (off the main shared patio) that the was occupied during our stay. The occupants presence and lack of privacy hindered our ability to enjoy the amenities that drew us here in the first place. The coach house’s use of the same WiFi network impacted our use of the WiFi and tv streaming. While the owners were helpful and friendly, it would have been beneficial to have this information up front.
